About this Opportunity

 

As the Reliability Specialist for Region and Asset support in the areas of rotating equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, failure analyses, equipment spec and design, equipment startup and mechanical maintenance training.
 

 

 

Reliability Support:

  • Serve on various special initiative teams or Company audits
  • Assist region in execution (communication, training, implementation, etc) of initiative strategies and processes
  • Participate as SME on various types of Company coordinated audits
  • Use various types of application software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, AMS, Maximo, KMS, etc.) to perform tasks related to position: tracking measures, processing work orders, etc.
  • Gathers data, validates, checks and prepares reports as required; approves invoices (within authority level), timesheets, etc. when required
  • May represent company in interactions with producers, agency representatives, auditors, etc.
  • Provide experience based training to beginner supervisors; when necessary, provide facility/area coverage and direction for operations/other assigned personnel in asset supervisor absence
  • Interfaces and networks with various company personnel especially asset personnel, region support personnel, training personnel, etc.


 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior DOT compliance experience
  • Experience managing pipeline and/or facility project
  • Ability to read and understand system maps, fluid flow, piping design
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLC), SCADA design and process control basics
  • Experience using Maximo or a similar maintenance planning system
  • 10 years’ experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, Mechanic, or EA Tech
  • Experience and Proven Supervisory and Leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and handle multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a functional or cross functional team
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance activities associated with gas gathering, gas processing and compression
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC/software skills; project management skills, etc, and possess the ability to read and understand system maps and process P&ID’s, understand fluid flow, piping design, distributed control systems (DCS), SCADA design and process control basics
  • Proven analytical skills and organizational skills with high degree of competency
  • Possess strong customer focus orientation with attention to customer needs
