About this Opportunity


A key member of the Finance Customer solutions’ team, a successful candidate will be responsible of providing strong financial support to the Customer excellence organization in delivering their objective. Strong communication and leadership skills are required to connect with stakeholders across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Directly support the monthly financial reporting and analysis of the customer performance metrics to Senior Leadership
  • Prepare moderately complex reports/analysis to summarize and explain the customer metrics
  • Report and Consolidate the productivity initiatives led by the customer excellence organization
  • Partner with the finance team (OU Finance leads) across the organization to deliver strong financial analysis to the leadership team






  • Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred (or in progress obtaining)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex financial concepts in uncomplicated business terms.
  • 1 – 3 years professional work experience in accounting or financial analysis role required
  • SAP work experience preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills required
  • Ability to provide creative strategic and value-added financial insights and analysis
  • Proven effective written, oral and financial information communication skills
