Position Highlights:

  • Prepare financial reports on a daily/weekly basis, Accounts Payables and Receivables through use of SAP, manufacturing line analyses, data entry and PowerPoint presentation creation;
  • Responsible to answer incoming phone calls for the facility on a multi-line phone and greeting and responding to inquiries from employee employees, visitors, vendors and the general public;
  • Provide support for administrative work such as booking meeting rooms, organizing catering, and organizing and distributing mail. May receive and send courier packages;
  • Manage Visitor access to building and ensure building safety protocol is followed;
  • Assist with the general financial and operating analytics and activities of the organization; and
  • Coordination of vendor communications and payment.



  • Outgoing and positive attitude;
  • Ability to clearly communicate;
  • Intermediate computer skills. Proficient in Excel with experience both creating and using pivot tables;
  • Customer service focused;
  • Ambitious and looking to grow with a company; and
  • Able to work in a fast paced and demanding work environment.



  • 2+ years of business administrative related experience is required;
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or similar area would be considered an asset;
  • SAP experience would be considered an asset;
  • Experience supporting Senior Management and Leadership team would be beneficial.
