About This Opportunity

Based out of our Calgary office, the Sales Analyst will report into the Commercial Manager, Western Canada and support the regional leadership team. The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in designing, implementing and maintaining strategic initiatives for the direct benefit of our field sales team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports that are then deployed across the Western Canada Operating Unit
  • Analyze sales results, execution audits, and other performance-based data to find opportunities and trends
  • Translate data into targeted, user friendly communications to facilitate action-based results
  • Create, track, and publish incentives
  • Run pre and post analysis on product launches to assist with forecasting
  • Create and publish penetration reports
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Commercialization, and Capabilities to develop and implement process improvements

 

Technical knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Education required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of data analysis/reporting experience, ideally with relevant sales or finance experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel is required
  • Strong understanding of Coke Canada Reporting systems including Margin Minder, Craft, HANA, & SAP Business Objects would be considered an asset
  • Understanding of CPG sales and account management would be considered an asset
  • Ability to provide creative, strategic and value-added insights and analysis
  • Proven effective written, oral and visual communication skills
  • Ability to work in high performing cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to react quickly to changing priorities, and willing to bring new and innovative solutions
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and high level of organization
