Production/ Manufacturing Supervisor - night shift

Responsible for manufacturing product using efficient and safe manufacturing processes through the supervision of production/maintenance and QA team members. Must adhere to the schedule and ensure that safety, quality & food standards are met.


  • Schedule, train, evaluate, develop & monitor team members.
  • Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators, syrup yields and day to day running for the plant.
  • Manage within monthly labor and OPEX budget.
  • Monitor the production process, make periodic checks and adjust equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.
  • Use SAP, or other CMMS software, to issue, track and close Maintenance work orders.
  • Use of SAP for production confirmations in a timely manner
  • Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times,
  • Ensure that calls for Maintenance support on the production lines are met with the appropriate response in a timely manner.
  • Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise change overs.
  • Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications.
  • Manage the Cleaning and sanitization crew as per Kore company cleaning requirements
  • Manage operators to maintain orderly and clean work areas in compliance with company safety policies and food safety requirements. 
  • Manage and edit the cleaning and sanitation schedule to fit business needs.
  • Maintain proper documentation; ensure all logs are properly and accurately recorded.









  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years production/manufacturing experience
  • Maintenance, Cleaning and sanitation experience within the food and beverage industry preferred
  • Requires experience managing personnel/budgets.
  • 2+ years supervising production staff preferred.
  • Basic computer and database application skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems.
