About This Opportunity

 

As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you will report into the Warehouse Manager and be based out of Brampton.  

 

In this role you will be:

 

  • Responsible for overseeing the storage and shipping of incoming and outgoing documents Supervise the warehouse staff. The coach, lead and mentor of all warehouse employees
  • Work with a team of supervisors leading a team of up to 80 unionized employees
  • Supervise product storage from production, receipt of goods and shipping
  • Maintain a safe work environment to enforce health and safety policies and regulations in the workplace
  • Develop a work environment that promotes good working relationships and ongoing communication with unionized employees
  • Develop and apply control methods to maintain a high level of labor efficiency

 

What you will need to succeed in this role:

 

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a storage or distribution environment
  • Being a leader, a good communicator while being a convener
  • Knowledge of Office and SAP computer tools
