About This Opportunity


As a Manager, Warehouse III, you will report into the hiring manager title and be based out of Brampton.  You will also be supporting Brampton, ON


What you will need to succeed in this role:


  • Minimum 5-8 years related supervisory experience running a warehouse/distribution center.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as, Operations management.
  • Working knowledge of operations, warehouse management, and transportation management.
  • Direct knowledge of WHMIS, WSIB, ESA and OHSA legislation.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization, its executive team and customers.
  • Knowledge in the safe operation of materials handling equipment.
  • Forklift Certification an asset; First Aid, WHMIS/ESA certificates are beneficial.
  • Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.  
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact.
  • Excellent planning and resource allocation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
  • Experience with SAP programs preferred
  • Requires ability to stand for long periods
  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs repetitively.


In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Manages warehouse supervisory personnel and warehouse functions.    
  • Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.     
  • Supervise warehouse the daily activities of the warehouse.     
  • Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility.      
  • Allocate necessary space for stock rotation.     
  • Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.     
  • Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.     
  • Secure company assets.    
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
  • Collaborate, work as a team, listen, learn and value diversity in all forms.
  • Engage people, customers, partners and stakeholders.
