About this Opportunity


As an Operating Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Confirm Purchase Orders, reconcile variances & identify operator gaps
  • Perform any data entry necessary and file other clerical duties
  • Creating reports for infinity compliance
  • Distribute routine correspondence, including mail and faxes
  • Creating daily reports for GMP compliance
  • Copy, bind, and distribute business reports and presentations
  • Purchase , receive and stock office supplies
  • Lift and move various size packages
  • Prepare and file progressive discipline forms
  • Internal audits conducted weekly to ensure we are always audit ready (document control)
  • Work on Root cause analysis and improvement projects
  • Cover for supervisor vacations




  • College Diploma or bachelor’s in administration, Supply Chain or other preferred
  • 0-2 years’ experience in automated office environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coach co-workers
  • Basic computer and database application skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
