About this Opportunity


The Inside Sales Representative (Agent, myCoke) will be 100% dedicated to growing electronic ordering customer base and online orders through various initiatives conducted primary over the phone. This role is primarily home office based but requires to work from our Brampton's office time to time for different purposes. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquisition - Contact existing Coca-Cola myCoke eligible customers with the goal to register the customer for myCoke and ensure adoption
  • Adoption - Contact and welcome customers who have signed up for the first time for myCoke and ensure adoption
  • Conversion - Contact active myCoke customers and perform administrative tasks for final onboarding
  • Retention - Review customer buying pattern and contact customers who have missed ordering cycles with the goal to secure an order
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure customer compliance
  • Communicate with Sales teams as required to drive adoption
  • Capture and transfer customer inquiries to myCoke Support




  • Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in a call centre and/or sales role
  • Must be available to travel 10% 
  • Intermediate fluency in French - written and spoken

  • Self-motivated and ability to work individually and as a team to deliver results
  • Result oriented work ethic (sales hunter with a will to win)
  • Persuasive and enthusiastic
  • A strong ability to sell and negotiate
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills
  • Works well in a high-pressure fast-paced environment
