About This Opportunity

As a EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Analyst - Brampton, you will report into the EDI Manager and be based out of Brampton. This role will support Coke Canada EDI nationally.

In This Role You Will Be Reponsible For


  • Identify and help drive new opportunities to enhance and revise current process to improve efficiency in EDI and Order Management.
  • Work with 3rd party technical business partner to lead the resolution of EDI errors and reduce error rates to industry leading levels and hold accountable to SLA's and ensure unique requirement solutions are supported.
  • Provide regular performance tracking including insights on key drivers of errors and recommendations for sustainable business process changes to reduce EDI transmission errors.
  • Interact with Master Data, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and other functional groups ensuring data are up-to-date and process are followed for successful execution of EDI orders from creation to invoicing.
  • Manage and execute of Business Continuity plan to minimize the impact on our customers and internal stakeholders.




  • Information Technology or Business Degree/Diploma with experience in EDI
  • Experience with big data management and reporting
  • Strong knowledge Excel, Access DB, preferred SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with EDI Standards and knowledge of overall EDI Concepts
  • 2+ years of working with cross-functional team in a collaborative environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a CPG environment
  • Process Management experience with multi-tasking, time Management and oranizational skills.
  • Proven analtical and problem solving abilities
  • Able to develop and interpret technical documentation.
  • Strong Systems knowledge, preferred experience with SAP
  • Opportunity to work remotely after training period, 10% travel requirement
