About this Opportunity

As a Dispatcher, you will report into the Manager, Direct Sales Delivery and be based out of Brampton.  

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for planning and distributing route sales orders into profitable delivery loads ensuring efficient resource utilization.    
  • Maximize delivery efficiencies and driver safety through proper load distribution.    
  • Check order files for accuracy and make corrections.    
  • Process returns for re-delivery.    
  • Download route information to handhelds.    
  • Communicate with sales centers to ensure delivery efficiencies.    
  • Ensure string efficiency and manage off-day deliveries.





  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Operations Management or Supply Chain preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in area of Supply Chain or Sales Operations experience preferred.
  • Merchandising/Distribution supervision or sales operations account management (RAR or Account Manager).
  • Route planning or dispatching.
  • 3 or more years of relevant or related consumer products supply chain experience.
