About this opportunity

 

As a Customer Sales Initiatives Specialist, you will report into the Manager, Customer Sales Initiatives and be responsible for: 

 

  • Building reporting for varying levels of stakeholders to measure Market Unit Sales effectiveness
  • Innovating existing reporting based on business needs
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, gaps and risks and recommending action plans to address
  • Tracking and monitoring sales performance against all sales initiatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally as needed: Market Unit Sles, SLP, CSSC, RGM, Master Data, CONA, Commercial & more
  • Understanding how Customer Master Data and our scheduling technology work together
  • Troubleshooting technological issues for Market Unit Sales teams and providing coaching
  • Building & maintaining customer segmentation model to determine customer visit frequency
  • Maintaining data in Spring CRM system
  • Testing for new Sales CRM versions and upgrades to Sales CRM technology

 

Position Requirements:

 

·    Bachelor’s Degree/ College Diploma in Finance or General Business preferred.  MS/MA degree in Applied Statics, Mathematics, Operations Research or other quantitative disciplines preferred.

·    3-5 years of position related experience required

·    Prior sales experience in CPG industry an asset

·    Ability to speak, read and write in French is an asset

·    Expert skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Power BI required

·    SAP, Margin Minder, CRAFT experience preferred

·    Remote work environment
