About This Opportunity


The Account Representative is responsible for identifying and selling against opportunities within Coca-Cola’s small store format. The Account Representative is also required to maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexity of the channels and building relationships with customers.  They are also responsible for finding new local small store customers.


  • Fills and rotates products in/on shelves, displays, coolers and racks as required in National and Local outlets.
  • Works with store to create replenishment orders with goal of growing revenue, improving execution and reducing out-of-stocks.
  • Places POS, racks and other merchandising tools in outlet as required.
  • Visits all existing customers within a geographic territory with the primary goals with of growing revenue and improving execution as required.
  • Responsible for all Face to Face, CSSC, myCoke, EDI, ARTM and FSV customers within territory.
  • Negotiates/renews contracts with existing Local customers as required.
  • Prospects for new local customers that meet standards for profitability within a given geographic territory (if there is no BDM in the area).

  • Post-Secondary education, preferably in business related field




  • 2-5 years selling in consumer goods industry
  • Minimum of 2 years in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must
  • Proficient using a variety of computer programs
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to travel day trips to support Market Units up to 50% of the time (all in Ontario)
