About this Opportunity

 

 

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Finance Manager will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be the business partner for the Revenue Growth Management team providing financial leadership and support. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Develops Profit and Loss Statements (P&L) for key commercial initiatives and ensuring projects deliver the required financial KBIs. 
  • Ensures key assumptions are pressure tested and that multiple scenarios/outcomes are considered with range of risk and opportunity. 
  • The Manager will also be the key link to assist the RGM team around understanding pricing and trade spend accrual (CMA) administration to drive revenue growth and optimize trade spend.
  • Other duties include validation of financial input and creation of financial analytical tools to understand profitability with focus on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Cost to Serve (CTS).

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent, MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role
  • Experience supporting a sales and commercial organization in a financial capacity is strongly preferred
  • A demonstrated leader who can provide sound economic analysis to steward decision making on key commercial initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with a solid understanding of the P&L (Profit & Loss Statement) and accounting background.
  • Strong communicator who can articulate business rationale supported by financial metrics. Provides consultation to the business in support of delivering optimal financial results.
  • Motivated to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable presenting ideas and results in formal and informal meetings.
    Team player who can effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand revenue and cost implications for company projects.
